Innovations
Grandot's department of Innovations handles from design on new creation, patent filing, to molding development, products commercializing and mass production manufacturing.

At present, Grandot's designers focus on Sports and Leisure innovations' development, hopping that you will find what you like and what you need from the newly developed Innovations:

1. Auto-Fin for surfing, the Fin is telescopically by itself when touch something in the water or in the land.

2. Tippolo board for Snorkeling or Water polo contest or Swimming learning.

3. Seabeetles snorkeling board for snorkeling: equipped with propeller (battery power)

4. Bicycles parts: Under development.

Idea Supply
As we know, the key technique of "iPod" was not designed by Apple. It was designed by a small company called "Portal Player". "iPod" technique was transferred to Apple and commercialized within 6 months.

In 2000, P&G uses C&D (Connect and Develop) to substitute traditional R&D, the amazing result create as follows:
a. 2003: 15% innovations came from technique transfer.
b. 2006: 35% innovations came from technique transfer.
c. 2007: 50% innovations came from technique transfer.
In 2007, there are over 100 products commercialized by P&G but those products were not designed by themselves.
